Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be helping to ensure that our users' technical queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

In Short

  • Respond to escalated support tickets within SLA guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with users.
  • Reproduce issues and conduct triage and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate issues requiring developer intervention via Jira.
  • Prioritize urgent responses and test applied fixes.
  • Engage in cross-functional calls for updates and action plans.
  • Continuously develop product and system expertise.
  • Contribute to global improvement projects.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for self-improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • Solid understanding of web development and programming concepts.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in complex technology environments.
  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Jira or other project management systems.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with schemaless databases.
  • Hands-on experience in Java, Operational Systems, Databases, or Networks.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced English skills required.
