This part-time position involves providing patient support and technical assistance for MyChart, ensuring high-quality customer service while adhering to established protocols.

In Short

  • Work from home position within the United States.

  • Assist patients with MyChart account setup and troubleshooting.

  • Participate in ongoing training and team initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Must be able to train full-time initially.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or contact center roles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to type 50 WPM accurately.
  • Familiarity with contact center software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
  • Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
