Associate Manager, Account Management - Remote

Overview

Bustle Digital Group is seeking a full-time Associate Manager to join our growing Client Experience team. This position is client-facing and will be responsible for executing post-sale production for robust media & custom content campaigns for the East Coast region. This role is responsible for orchestrating internal resources to ensure campaign expectations and contractual obligations are met, as well as acting as a customer advocate and liaising between teams.

In Short

• Provide best-in-class client service for post-sale executions
• Create and maintain all program documentation during post-sale
• Design rich media ad units and assemble relevant decks
• Monitor creative implementation and ensure KPIs are achieved
• Execute a variety of custom content deliverables
• Execute content distribution plans and manage performance
• Use project management software to manage projects
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations

Requirements

• BA or equivalent
• 2-5 years of Advertising or Publisher company experience
• Experience in branded content and media execution
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Preferred: Proficiency with Keynote, Excel, Google, and Monday.com
