BCBST is hiring a Digital Product Manager who will lead the development of impactful digital products aimed at improving member experiences. This role is suited for a strategic leader who excels in business, technology, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 years of experience managing consumer tools/technology.
• 3 years in a leadership/management role required.
• 1 year of project management or account management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
