Digital Product Manager - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for the development and management of digital products in language and further education.
• Handle basic technical tasks like webhooks, debugging, automations with Zapier, and working with Wordpress plugins.
• Communicate effectively with developers and tech teams to articulate needs.
• Translate user needs into product strategies, roadmaps, and specific features.
• Monitor relevant KPIs and continuously optimize existing products.

Requirements

• Knowledge of tools like Active Campaign, Team Up, Zapier, Thrive, Wordpress, and Zendesk.
• Excellent German skills and Spanish skills at B1/B2 level are ideal.
• Several years of experience in product management for digital products (ideally EdTech, E-Learning, apps, or platforms).
• Ability to take responsibility, be self-organized, and work well in small teams.
