Digital Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager who will actively dive into our systems and processes in the initial phase to understand their functionality in detail and optimize them purposefully. Your task is to create sustainable structures through automation, intelligent process design, and digital product development. In the next step, you will take on the responsibility of Product Owner for the further development of our platform, thereby significantly shaping our digital future.

In Short

• Familiarize yourself with and further develop our systems and processes
• Support day-to-day operations, including data management and reporting
• Analyze existing workflows and derive optimization potentials
• Automate and digitize workflows
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new tools and features
• Contribute to product strategy and take on Product Owner responsibilities
• Utilize macros and develop new functions to reduce Excel-based processes

Requirements

• Background in IT, process digitization, or working with SaaS systems
• Experience with automation tools and interfaces, as well as interest in modern workflow design
• Understanding of agile working methods and ideally initial insights into product management
• Analytical thinking, high self-motivation, and enjoyment in developing solutions
• Proficient with data and Excel, complemented by a general affinity for numbers
• Good German & English language skills
