Overview

The Client Solutions Program Manager for SMEs at BBVA is responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy, managing projects, and coordinating the execution of plans aimed at developing the SME business segment.

In Short

  • Define and implement commercial strategies for SMEs.
  • Coordinate project execution within the SME segment.
  • Lead 10 to 12 projects per quarter.
  • Manage functional teams responsible for each project.
  • Ensure quality and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Utilize agile methodologies for project management.
  • Resolve project impediments promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Support diversity and inclusion within the team.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles in financial institutions.
  • 3 years of experience in SME projects or digital development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and decision-making based on data.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and negotiate.
  • Knowledge of SME products and services is a plus.
  • Certifications in Agile, design thinking, or PMI are required.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
