Overview

Barnhart Energy Company is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead project teams in implementing HSE Management Systems, ensuring compliance and the wellbeing of all personnel.

In Short

• Lead project teams in safety management and compliance.
• Conduct onboarding and developmental training for new team members.
• Manage project risk and ensure adherence to HSE regulations.
• Report on Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental status.
• Perform incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Travel availability of 75% or more is required.
• Management experience and safety certifications are preferred.
• Must be able to climb wind turbines.
• Exemplify company culture throughout all responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
