The Project Site Safety Manager is a subject matter expert in project site safety, focusing on the development, implementation, and monitoring/enforcement of best practices for construction safety across the company's operating divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• Professional certification in health and safety preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field safety management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
• Strong leadership and influence skills.
• Travel up to 50% to various project sites.
