DevOps System Engineer - Remote

Overview

Join our small team as an SRE, where you'll work alongside our current DevOps Engineer and our Systems and Network Architect in maintaining and expanding our cutting-edge infrastructure. You'll be instrumental in implementing and improving solutions that drive our core application stack and ensure high availability and resilience across our network.

In Short

• Assist in the design and implementation of network solutions, including dual site and stretched site deployments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our continuous delivery platform and container registry.
• Support the CI/CD workflows.
• Contribute to the push toward full containerization and zero-downtime deployment goals.
• Familiarity with VMWare, Checkpoint, VxRail, Tanzu, NSX-T.
• Understanding of software-defined networking, load balancing and HCI technologies.
• Experience with SQL scripting, PowerShell, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of SIEM implementation, O365 ecosystem, L2 Switching, and DNS/NTP.

Requirements

• Familiarity with .NET/C#, while not a development job, extensive support for our developer forms part of the role.
• Exposure to NSX-ALB, Microsoft Entra, and containerization of applications is a plus.
• Technical Documentation writing is a nice-to-have skill.
