Overview

We are a fully remote team seeking a skilled Email Systems Engineer with a DevOps mindset to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our email infrastructure (SMTP, IMAP, Postfix, Haraka), ensuring high deliverability rates, and maintaining the reliability and security of our email systems.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain email server infrastructure (Postfix, Haraka).
• Manage email protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, and POP3.
• Implement and optimize email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Support the Dev team with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot email deliverability issues.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Automate routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
