In Short

• Seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead outbound marketing strategies.
• Focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and generating Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).
• Design, implement, and optimize targeted outbound campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify strategic target accounts.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns including email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Manage marketing technology stack for effective campaign execution.
• Lead the Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
• Work in a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day remote.
• Located in the San Francisco Bay Area is preferred.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.
• Expertise in outbound marketing techniques.
• Experience in developing and executing ABM programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in marketing software or SaaS solutions is preferred.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• US work authorization required; no H1B sponsorship available.
