Requirements

• Ability to teach clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Effective communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement principles.
• Valid driver's license and transportation required.
• Certification with a nationally recognized healthcare organization preferred.
• Understanding of quality customer service principles.
