Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager expert who combines strong funnel-building, copywriting, and optimization skills with the structure and reliability of a project manager. This role involves working directly with the founder to conceptualize, build, and optimize marketing funnels while improving internal workflows through automations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in online marketing or funnel building.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end funnel creation.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience managing projects using Asana or similar tools.
• Excellent self-management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI workflows is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
