Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Representative with a proven track record in real estate sales to turn leads into clients and consistently hit targets.

In Short

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients.
  • Establish B2B relationships with mortgage brokers and financial advisors.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Nurture leads and provide consultative advice.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Manage client onboarding and maintain records.
  • Full-time position with working hours from 10:30 am - 6:30 pm Melbourne time.
  • Compensation includes base salary plus 5% commission.
  • Long-term opportunity with potential for further roles.
  • Ideal for candidates with experience in the Australian real estate market.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in the Australian real estate market.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market.
  • Existing relationships with mortgage brokers (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • Perfect English proficiency.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Experience with international clients.
  • Knowledge of real estate software and CRM tools.
