Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Funnel Lead who combines strong funnel-building, copywriting, and optimization skills with the structure and reliability of a project manager. You will work directly with the founder to conceptualize, build, and optimize marketing funnels, while also dramatically improving internal workflows through automations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on innovation and independent execution.

• Hands-on expertise in creating high-performing funnels.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with funnel builders and CRM platforms.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
• Excellent self-management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
