Remote Field Sales Engineer

Overview

Milacron is seeking a Remote Field Sales Engineer to manage client relationships and drive sales of company products and services, primarily through field interactions.

In Short

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Identify potential customers and manage existing relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Travel up to 60% to meet customer needs.
• Log sales activities in Salesforce.
• Expand client base and produce new account revenue.
• Collaborate with the Western Sales Team.
• 5+ years of experience in a field sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in the plastic injection and/or extrusion industry is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the plastics industry.
• 5+ years in a field sales role.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Experience in negotiations and project management.
• Experience developing and marketing new products is desirable.
