In Short

  • Provide efficient and effective support for customer calls.
  • Maintain high standards of information recording.
  • Proactively manage your queue to meet customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues efficiently.
  • Complete and update technical documentation.
  • Mentor and train colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience on a service desk.
  • Experience in a managed services environment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in customer support via phone and email.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin portals.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Desktop OS/Server OS.
  • Experience with business networks and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience with antivirus management.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure and virtualization is desirable.
  • Scripting/Automation experience is desirable.
