Overview

The Loan Origination & Lending Operations Manager at B Generous is responsible for managing loan transactions and ensuring they are matched with appropriate lenders in a fast-growing fintech environment focused on nonprofit finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in banking with a focus on commercial lending.
• Strong understanding of loan closing and underwriting processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with community banks or regional banks.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and accountable approach to work.
• Experience in nonprofit finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of alternative lending structures is a plus.
