Overview

The Executive Assistant Coordinator plays a key supporting role within the leadership ecosystem, ensuring smooth execution of administrative, coordination, and operational activities in a global, remote environment.

In Short

  • Manage and coordinate leadership calendars
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Prepare reports, documentation, agendas, and briefing notes
  • Track action items and ensure follow-up
  • Coordinate cross-team communication and updates
  • Monitor deadlines, priorities, and ongoing activities
  • Maintain structured filing systems and shared folders
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense follow-up
  • Participate in internal projects aimed at improving efficiency
  • 100% remote role, based in Lebanon

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Initial experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles is an asset
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and progressively take ownership
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
