Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator with strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills. The role serves as the first point of contact for international telecom clients, ensuring fast and accurate resolution of issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.

In Short

  • Fully remote role based in Lebanon or Syria.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical assistance for server, network, and software-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot DNS, SSL, FTP, and other network protocol configurations.
  • Document all support interactions within CRM systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with detailed diagnostic information.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
  • Participate in initiatives to streamline workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in network protocols, CRM platforms, and remote support tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
  • Experience with telecom systems is a plus.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
