Overview

The Logistics Coordinator at Azure Standard is responsible for supporting the Logistics department by ensuring effective communication between drivers, customers, and various departments. This role requires excellent customer service and attention to detail.

In Short

• Provide after-hours logistics support in rotation.
• Communicate logistics information to drop point coordinators and customers.
• Assist drivers with delivery route needs.
• Maintain accurate route schedules.
• Secure shipping for products returned to Moro, OR.
• Vetting and setting up new drop requests.
• Document all shipment movements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and time management systems.
• Responsive and proactive with excellent time management.

• Experience in customer service in fast-paced environments.
