Overview

This role is a maternity leave replacement for an HR Business Partner who will work closely with the People Team to enhance the organization's culture and support its growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business.
• 5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience.
• Experience providing strategic guidance to stakeholders.
• Strong HR expertise in organizational design and performance management.
• Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations.
• Influence and consult with all organizational levels.
• Experience coaching business leaders.
• Knowledge of business practices linking HR and business strategy.
• Project management experience.
• Bilingual in French and English.
