Content Moderation Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Content Moderation Analyst, you will focus on enforcing content compliance standards and policy by either approving or rejecting content for Aylo content sharing platforms. You will develop a strong understanding of the product, platform, and management tools assigned to you while interacting with diverse internal teams.

In Short

• Maintain platform compliance by moderating video, image, and text content.
• Evaluate content with a risk-based approach.
• Categorize and tag content based on internal guidelines.
• Undergo periodic training on compliance standards.
• Meet quality targets and submit results regularly.
• Provide feedback for policy improvements.
• Work closely with other team members.
• Shift hours from 17:00 to 1:00 with two consecutive days off.
• Exposure to adult content is required.
• Must have a mature and professional demeanor.
