• Manage and maintain media applications including Dalet Galaxy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
• Provide insights and recommendations for application improvements.
• Administer user access profiles and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the Security Analyst team.
• Implement and maintain backup procedures.
• Report and manage security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of application management.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English and French is an asset.
