In Short

• Lead coding, configuration management, and code reviews
• Optimize and standardize Axon's datastore platform
• Build an automated k8s-based platform for datastore technologies
• Facilitate application design related to datastore technologies
• Develop a platform for datastore solutions and best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize datastore utilization with application teams

Requirements

• Open to US Citizens only due to handling classified federal data
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master's degree a plus
• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience designing complex systems at scale
• Depth in microservice architectures and monolith migrations
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with observability platforms
• Experience with relational and noSQL databases
• Knowledge of queueing solutions like Kafka
• Experience with IaC platforms like Terraform
