• Seeking an experienced Senior NPI Test Engineer.
• Expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Program Management (EPM).
• Drive Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and influence design reviews.
• Validate test equipment and scripts for product lifecycle phases.
• Develop and maintain automated test systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Create technical specifications for third-party integrators.
• Manage presentations and reports to management.
• Up to 30% regional travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in software development and automated test systems.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, BASH, SQL, Git, and PLC programming.
• Familiarity with DTA/factory firmware development process.
• Statistical proficiency including SPC, DOE, GR&R.
• Proficiency in Minitab statistical software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
