In Short

• Oversee the integrity and reliability of data across systems.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data quality strategy.
• Establish and enforce data quality policies and standards.
• Conduct detailed data profiling, validation, and cleansing activities.
• Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for data quality issues.
• Partner with various teams to understand data flow requirements.
• Manage staff and oversee work performed by contractors.
• Leverage Azure data services and SQL for data quality management.
• Evaluate and implement tools to enhance data quality processes.
• Remote position with less than 10% travel requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data quality roles.
• Strong technical expertise in Azure data services and SQL.
• Proficient in data quality tools and QA automation.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of software engineering lifecycle and CI/CD is a plus.
