Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Finance Manager at Axon Enterprise, you will shape the financial future of our company, ensuring smooth financial operations and accounting while driving efficiency and accuracy in our reporting.

In Short

• Support financial integration of new acquisitions.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct monthly analyses and variance analyses.
• Manage cost accounting processes and develop standard costs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Implement tools and best practices for process standardization.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and support special projects.
• Collaborate with international teams.
• Drive improvements in internal controls.
• Report to the Finance Director, Germany.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Experience in a Big 4 audit firm is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with SOX controls documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in process redesign and efficiency focus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Salesforce and NetSuite ERP.
• Fluent in German and English.
