Overview

As the Accounting Manager for the integration of Dedrone into Axon Enterprises, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth financial transition and alignment of the two organizations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our month-end close process, driving improvements that enhance reporting timelines and financial performance.

In Short

• Support the Financial integration of the Dedrone business into Axon Enterprises.
• Support the local team in Germany in executing the month-end close processes.
• Perform month-end close activities such as preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Develop and execute monthly analytics to compare budget vs actual.
• Ensure compliance with local and US GAAP.
• Oversee cost accounting processes and variance analysis.
• Track and report open purchase orders.
• Lead the implementation of best practices on the general ledger team.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and special projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall accounting experience.
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience in SOX control documentation/execution.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Process re-engineering involvement.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite ERP.
