Pharma Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

Axiom is seeking a Lawyer or Legal Counsel to provide legal support to clients in the healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical sectors.

In Short

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts related to pharmaceuticals and biotech.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters, including promotional activities.
• Work directly with business clients to provide practical legal solutions.
• Address complex legal and regulatory issues.
• Support compliance policy development and implementation.
• University degree in Law, preferably with an LLM.
• Significant legal experience in life sciences or relevant law firms.
• Experience with Clinical Trial Agreements and various commercial contracts.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Flexible working models available, including remote options.

Requirements

• University degree in Law and ideally an LLM.
• Admission to the Swiss bar or in a European country preferred.
• Significant legal experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Experience drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements.
• Experience in advising on legal and regulatory provisions.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
