This attorney will serve as a trusted advisor on healthcare law, regulatory compliance, privacy, and contract management. The ideal candidate has at least three years of legal experience and thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and operational excellence — offering practical guidance that enables SafeRide to deliver on its mission to reduce barriers to care.

In Short

• Provide legal counsel to management and internal stakeholders on healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and related matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts.
• Advise on privacy and data protection matters.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential legal risks.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare law and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
• Familiarity with privacy laws and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
