Axiom is looking for a Legal Consultant for Technology to join our growing team in Singapore to support our Fortune 500 clients.

In Short

• Review, interpret and negotiate agreements with suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end negotiations and coordinate between various teams.
• Interpret contractual requirements based on internal information.
• Negotiate contracts to minimize business risk.
• Analyze legacy legal documents for compliance.
• Provide guidance on documentation to internal partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.
• Help develop legal knowledge training materials.
• Conduct legal research on technology and intellectual property issues.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with experience in financial services preferred.
• Experience negotiating technology contracts with third parties.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property and regulatory environments.
• Interest in new technology solutions and their legal implications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Self-starter with autonomous decision-making ability.
• Excellent academic credentials preferred.
