We are seeking a Data Protection Legal Counsel to support the development and implementation of global data protection strategies for a leading company in the field of data protection and technology.

Support the development and implementation of global data protection strategies.
Provide legal advice on compliance with EU GDPR, Swiss Data Protection Act, and international data protection regulations.
Assist in the creation and review of data protection documents such as Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and risk analysis for personal data processing.
Support in handling data breaches, including communication with supervisory authorities.
Advise internal teams on data protection issues and ensure compliance across the organization.
Requirements
3-10 years of experience in data protection law.
Strong knowledge of EU GDPR, Swiss Data Protection Act, and other global data protection regulations.
Experience in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and creating data protection documents.
Familiarity with data protection management systems (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc).
Excellent German and English language skills; additional language skills are a plus.
