Overview

The SAP Basis and IT Service Management Specialist will be responsible for managing SAP Basis activities, ensuring effective IT service management, and supporting cloud infrastructure updates.

In Short

Contract position for 11 months
Fully remote working mode
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and SAP Basis
Hands-on experience with SAP release upgrades
Experience with SAP HEC and S/4HANA
Excellent customer focus and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Technical troubleshooting skills required
Knowledge of cloud architecture is a plus
Proficiency in English and additional languages are beneficial

Requirements

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP Applications
Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities and upgrades
Experience with cloud solutions like SAP HEC
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer focus and communication skills
Experience with cross-cultural teams
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Knowledge of cloud architecture and IT infrastructure
Knowledge of project management fundamentals is a plus
Experience in migration and upgrade projects is preferred
