Reliance PSA Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for meeting business objectives by developing practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals, coordinating with cross functional teams and driving closure on customer issues raised on Reliance products.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in relevant field.
• 5 years of experience with LINUX and Windows Operating Systems.
• 5 years of experience with C, Java & Oracle Database.
• Experience with SQL and shell scripting.
• Ability to read and interpret logs & debug files.
• Hands-on experience in GitHub and ClearCase.
• Experience with Realtime or Mission Critical Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
