Agile Coach / Scrum Master (f/m/d) - 12 months FTC - Remote

Overview

Are you passionate about driving real change through Agile ways of working? We’re looking for an Agile Coach to join our team at Awin, supporting our mission to help customers grow their businesses online. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams and leadership to create meaningful, lasting improvements through a focused, context-driven coaching model.

In Short

• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and leadership to define coaching goals.
• Coach teams on Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Provide leadership coaching to foster servant leadership and empowerment.
• Conduct Agile assessments, including team health checks.
• Facilitate workshops like retrospectives and alignment sessions.
• Support Agile process design tailored to team context.
• Guide teams in outcome-based planning and effective backlog management.
• Drive continuous improvement using reflection and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and systems thinking.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and empowering approach.
• Ability to create a structured coaching exit strategy.
