Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer will present Avra's innovative platform to some of the largest brands in Brazil. We are looking for someone with energy and a sense of ownership to help our clients generate more impact with SMEs.

In Short

• Be the trusted technical consultant for our clients.
• Ensure a smooth transition during pre-sales and onboarding processes.
• Deliver impactful presentations showcasing PoC results.
• Help clients extract business value from our products quickly.
• Act as the technical reference for clients internally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and improve solutions.
• Stay updated on AI trends and share insights internally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in tech startups, especially in B2B enterprise environments.
• Over 4 years of proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
• Technical background with experience in software/API integration, backend development, and/or SQL.
• Comfortable learning credit and risk modeling concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good organization, time management, and troubleshooting skills.
• Enthusiasm for working in a data-driven and agile environment.
• Ownership mindset and passion for making things happen.
