Customer Success Manager (China) - Remote

AVOW is an award-winning, global app growth company specializing in mobile OEM advertising. As we continue to scale our activities in China, your mission in this role is to support and grow our advertiser relationships in the region.

In Short

• Manage and nurture day-to-day relationships with your portfolio of advertisers in China.
• Deliver strategic business reviews and regular performance updates.
• Own the full lifecycle of client campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights.
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams.
• Stay updated on OEM advertising trends and local market needs.
• Experience in ad-tech, mobile UA, performance marketing, or digital media is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Previous experience supporting Chinese advertisers is a plus.
