Overview

The Telco Incident Manager will lead the management of telecommunications incidents and technical projects within a dynamic B2B carrier environment, ensuring high availability and performance of services.

In Short

  • Lead and coordinate telco-related incidents from detection to resolution.
  • Manage communication through ITSM tools and coordinate with vendors.
  • Monitor service health and drive continuous improvements.
  • Manage technical interfaces with telco providers.
  • Document incidents and processes using Google Workspace and Atlassian.
  • Support telco-focused technology projects.
  • Provide technical mentoring and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Represent Carrier Operations in cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in incident management in telecommunications.
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools.
  • Strong understanding of service monitoring.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian tools.
  • Ability to lead and drive projects in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
