Currently, Avint is seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Service Delivery Manager at our Herndon, VA office. This role will be supporting the Department of Homeland Security and its Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) program.

In Short

• Hands-on role working closely with operations leads and other stakeholders.
• Understanding and demonstrating the purpose of CDM DEFEND.
• Reviewing schedule activities and results with project management.
• Implementing baseline changes into the DEFEND IMS.
• Identifying and developing processes for service delivery.
• Recommending systems security contingency plans.
• Participating in network and systems design.
• Gathering and analyzing evidence for computer crime prosecution.
• Assessing security events and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring adherence to cybersecurity policies in IT service delivery.

Requirements
