Principal - Health & Safety - Remote

Overview

The Principal: Health & Safety will act as the principal subject matter expert in support of expert services and pre-sales process focused on serving our clients globally. This role combines consultative support and selling, solution support, and client-facing relationship building.

In Short

• Act as HS&E SME for the Organization with a Sales Support & Consulting Focus.
• Support systems and PDCA strategy working to connect internal narratives to an external, improving product engagement.
• Assist in ongoing development & support of Safety Maturity Index & related performance metrics.
• Lead technical discussions and round tables with HS&E professionals & industry groups.
• Development of unique content for HS&E buyers and clients.
• Provide expert SME support by attending conferences, industry groups, roadshows and client-driven affairs.
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
• Flexibility to occasionally operate outside of standard hours, if required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in various HS&E roles.
• Proficient with Safety Management Systems.
• Expertise with Project Management.
• Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written, and non-verbal communication.
• Proficiency in the use of various computer applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Web Conferencing Software.
