Overview

Avery Dennison Solutions Group is seeking a Master Data Governance Lead to drive the design, implementation, and enforcement of data governance policies, ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization.

• Define, develop, and enforce master data governance policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance or data management.
• Expertise in master data management (MDM) tools and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and policies.
• Proven leadership skills in managing data councils or teams.
• Ability to define and analyze data quality metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to data governance is preferred.
