Delivery Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Delivery Coordinator will serve as a liaison between assigned accounts and coordinating departments, ensuring high-quality service and project management for shelfAdz© campaigns.

In Short

• Act as primary point of contact for clients on shelfAdz© projects.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely completion of campaign requests.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to campaign requests.
• Respond to client communications via email and fax.
• Interface with stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, and Product teams.
• Track project issues and provide management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Support Retail and CPG clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain relationships with all concerned parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar field.
• 1-3 years of related experience in client service.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage challenging client interactions diplomatically.
• Proficient in software programs including PowerPoint, Excel, and ERP.
• Attention to detail and adaptability in a fluctuating environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to embody and reflect the company's core values.
