Requirements

• First experience in customer service – ideally in an e-commerce, fashion, or contact center environment
• Native-level Dutch (written and spoken) – this is a must
• Good English skills for internal communication and training
• Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer contact
• Self-motivation and discipline for independent remote work
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems
