We are seeking an experienced and visionary Architect of Software Engineering to lead the design and development of complex software systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural principles, software design patterns, and modern development practices.

In Short

Define and drive the overall software architecture strategy.
Lead the design of complex software systems.
Provide expert guidance to software engineering teams.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and DevOps.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends.
Conduct code and design reviews.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize systems.
Create and maintain architectural documentation.
Identify potential technical risks and propose solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements

Bachelor / Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
15+ years of full-stack experience in software development.
Expert in C# or Java programming language.
Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns.
Experience in building and deploying scalable distributed systems.
Experience with AWS Cloud and DevOps tools.
Hands-on experience with TDD and BDD.
Experience converting monoliths to microservices.
TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar certifications.
Fluent English is a requirement.
