Intercompany Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

As our Manager of Intercompany Accounting you will help manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring the accurate reflection of intercompany balances across multiple entities. We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of transfer pricing, capital funding, loan arrangements, and IP transfers. You will report to the Director, Technical Accounting and Reporting. This position can be remote in the United States.

In Short

• You will manage intercompany transactions between multiple entities, including intercompany invoicing and settlements.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, and Treasury teams to develop policies and intercompany agreements.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliations of intercompany accounts.
• Develop and implement processes for oversight of intercompany accounts.
• Collaborate with internal, external auditors, or regulators on audits.
• Enhance existing desktop procedures and develop new business processes.
• Automate accounting processes for intercompany activities.
• Mentor intercompany accounting teams across the globe.

Requirements

• B.A. in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years related job experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, NetSuite or other ERP, and other accounting software.
• Technical accounting and operational skills.
