Senior Technical CRM Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical CRM Manager to take ownership of the technical foundation of our CRM ecosystem and ensure that our systems operate reliably, efficiently, and at scale. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking, helping to shape our CRM roadmap while supporting the team in day-to-day execution.

In Short

• Own the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our CRM systems
• Optimize workflow orchestration, data flows, QA processes, and operational efficiency
• Coach and mentor the CRM team on technical best practices
• Support the execution of CRM campaigns and customer-facing messaging
• Redesign and enhance CRM templates for performance and scalability
• Build and automate processes for efficiency and data quality
• Partner with Engineering, MarTech, and Data Science on tracking and integrations

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong proficiency in SQL, working with APIs, and using analytics tools
• Solid experience with data pipelines and modern data infrastructure
• Ability to bridge strategy and execution, with a passion for mentoring teams
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams
• Nice to have: exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics
• Very good English skills (C1 level); additional languages are a plus
