Technical CRM Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technical CRM Manager is responsible for the availability and further development of CRM tools in close collaboration with various departments, acting as a technical contact for all areas requiring the mailing tool Maileon.

In Short

• Ensure availability and development of CRM tools.
• Act as a technical contact for departments regarding Maileon.
• Test new use cases in the campaign management system.
• Maintain the ESP's currency as a business owner.
• Integrate product recommendations in mailings.
• Define and implement tracking parameters.
• Create and expand dashboards in Looker Studio.

Requirements

• Degree and 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, CRM, or MarTech.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in lifecycle marketing or product management is a plus.
