Overview

As a Senior Technical SEO Manager at Qonto, you will lead the enhancement of our custom Ruby on Rails CMS, optimizing workflows for content producers across 8 markets and develop AI-driven strategies for content optimization.

Lead the enhancement of our custom Ruby on Rails CMS.
Develop and implement AI-driven strategies for content optimization.
Conduct advanced technical SEO audits using Lumar and Screaming Frog.
Oversee international SEO initiatives including hreflang implementation.
Drive the success of programmatic page projects.
Manage SEO operations across 8 European markets.
Work closely with developers to enhance CMS workflows.
Leverage cutting-edge tools and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams to deliver impactful SEO projects.
Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with large-scale websites.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO principles.
Understanding of AI agent workflows.
Advanced knowledge of Lumar, Screaming Frog, BigQuery, and Google Search Console.
Proven ability to work across multifunctional teams.
Fluent in English.
